USA were acquired by Argentine Breeders
& Packers S.A. (“AB&P”), a wholly owned
subsidiary of The Marfrig Group. The Marfrig Group
is one of the largest producers of beef and beef
products globally. First, and most importantly we
want to assure you that this acquisition will
enable Mirab USA to strengthen its supply chain,
provide expansion of product offering, and enhance
current technical and quality services to you, our
valued Customer.
The Marfrig Group is a publicly held International company based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It has a network of thirty-three plants in Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina. The Marfrig Group processes, packages and delivers fresh, chilled and processed beef products to customers throughout the world. Marfrig currently processes more than 400 thousand tons of beef annually.
