Our plant, just outside Buenos Aires, Argentina, is
possibly the only ISO-9001 certified beef jerky
manufacturing facitity in the world, and has been
so for more than six years.Our facility operates
under the HACCP program with a
capacity of a million pounds of beef jerky per
month. We have an expansion in the works to
nearly double that! With on-site micro labs,
continuous USDA monitoring, and Quality
Assurance as our watchword, Mirab is blazing a
